Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointment. Failure to notify will result in loss of deposit paid at booking. Missed Appointments: Failure to cancel with 24 hours notice or no show to appointment will result in loss of deposit paid at booking. After second offense, guest will lose deposit paid at booking and will be required to pay 50% of service. For Filler and neuromodulators a fee of $50 additional will be charged in lieu of 50% of service. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late to the appointment you may be required to reschedule. We will do our best to accommodate the appointment in the remaining time left however if not possible you will be required to reschedule. If we are not notified with 30 minutes of appointment time of late arrival you will be considered a no show and will be subject to those policies. Thank you for the continued love and support.
